The Jerry Garcia Foundation launched its Only Love Records music label in a collaborative project with Seven Seas Music to benefit the American Himalayan Foundation. The label's first album titled, Annapurna's Song, Music of the Himalayas is a unique selection of music by a variety of artists from the Himalayan region. The compilation album, includes 'Clouds,' a Sanjay Mishra composition featuring the Grateful Dead's Jerry Garcia on guitar.

Celebrated Sydney-born, LA-based producer Flume debuts the video for his latest single “Rushing Back” featuring Vera Blue, directed by longtime collaborator Jonathan Zawada, today. Electro-pop sensation TGC (The Green Children) have shared their new single 'Echo', accompanied by a B-side 'Bad Side', via Illuminated City on the 8th of November. The track has just premiered via Wonderland. House of Bards Theatre Company has announced the cast of their first production, Shakespeare's dynamic drama Macbeth directed by Michael Richey. On October 11th, Southern Connecticut State University Department of Theatre kicks off its 2019-20 season with Pippin. Director and Choreographer Larry Nye directs his 10th production of the musical, 35 years after first being acquainted with it. Pippin is a high-energy song and dance musical that tells the hilarious tale of a young prince's journey to live a life that is extraordinary.

On Saturday, September 28, the 2019 Global Citizen Festival, presented by Citi and Cisco, marked its eighth year on the Great Lawn of New York's Central Park. World and business leaders, non-profit organizations, socially conscious artists, and thousands of Global Citizens united to further the world's progress toward achieving the Global Goals for Sustainable Development and ending extreme poverty by 2030.
