ROOF on theWit, perfectly situated on the 27th floor of theWit Hotel at 201 N. State Street, is ringing in the new year and the new decade with their 3rd Annual New Year's Eve Monte Carlo celebration, one of the hottest events in all of Chicago. The black tie affair will be welcoming 2020 on Tuesday, December 31st from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. with an open platinum bar, gaming tables, decadent sweets and savory dishes, acrobatic performers and live entertainment    from The Champagne All Stars and DJKaos.

Tippet Rise Art Center is pleased to announce highlights and dates of its fifth anniversary concert season, July 10 through August 29, 2020. The art center, which opened in 2016 and celebrates the union of land, art, architecture, and music, will present seven weeks of concerts featuring an impressive list of artists, many of them making their debuts at Tippet Rise. Complete program details will be announced on February 18 and tickets will be available through a randomized drawing, which will open on the Tippet Rise website on the same day at 12pm MST/2pm EST and remain open until 5pm MST/7pm EST on March 9, 2020.

Penobscot Theatre Company will ring in the New Year with  Great Balls of Fire: A Tribute to Jerry Lee Lewis.   Bangor, ME-- Penobscot Theatre Company, the Northeastern-most professional, regional theatre in the US, is pleased to help the Bangor region usher in 2020 with a rousing show celebrating rock-n-roll's original bad boy, Jerry Lee Lewis. Great Balls of Fire will play for one night only at the Historic Bangor Opera House, December 31, 2019 at 6pm and 9pm. Audiences will be treated to the piano high-jinks for which Lewis has always been famous!

Paris-born DJ and producer Tchami has announced his 2020 North American tour 'Elevation'. Taking place across the US and Canada, the tour will span across 15 dates from February through April with additional dates still to be announced. On Wednesday, Dec. 4, Fremont Street Experience kicked off ten days of country with free live entertainment during the 33rd Annual Downtown Hoedown in downtown Las Vegas. Rodeo fans celebrated the return of Wrangler National Finals Rodeo (NFR) and danced the night away under the newly renovated Viva Vision canopy while country music superstars Rodney Atkins, Dylan Scott, Filmore, David Lee Murphy, Gabby Barrett and Jackson Michelson delivered boot-stomping performances on all three stages.

The Broadway musical is finally coming to Oslo and on September 16, 2020, it is ready for Norwegian premiere at Chateau Neuf! The true story of Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons. It will star Atle Pettersen, Nicolay Ramm, Mathias Luppichini and Sindre Postholm. The production will be directed by Tore Sergei Myklebust and choreographed by Kirsty McDonald (Flashdance - The Musical). Hans Einar Apelland will serve as Musical Director and stage design and costumes by Takis.
