M. Josephine O'Neil Arts Award

Applicants must be Illinois residents and be sophomores at an accredited community college or current or upcoming juniors at an accredited four-year college or university. Students must demonstrate outstanding accomplishment in music, visual arts, dance, theater or the literary arts.
