  3. Barbara Cook's Spotlight: Aaron Lazar

Broadway actor and singer Aaron Lazar (Les Misérables, A Little Night Music, The Light in the Piazza) performs in this theater cabaret series curated by Broadway legend Barbara Cook.

He led a rebellion in Les Misérables. He earned his stripes playing Lt. Cable alongside Reba McEntire in the Hollywood Bowl production of South Pacific. Now Aaron Lazar, who has unequivocally established himself as one of Broadway's most talented modern stars, comes to the Spotlight. Originator of leading roles on Broadway in the 2006 Revival of Les Miz, A Tale of Two Cities, Impressionism, and the 2009 production of Stephen Sondheim's A Little Night Music, Lazar has proven that he has the talent. And in his starring role as Fabrizio Nacarelli in Lincoln Center's Tony Award(r)–winning production of The Light in the Piazza, he showed the world that he is destined to be one of the greats.

This performance, previously scheduled for Sat., Oct. 8, 2011, has been re-scheduled for Fri., May 4, 2012.
