Conceived and directed by Artistic Director/activist Lorca Peress, the program is a 90 minute turntable of short plays, dance works and poetry exploring the essence of protest and activism in the modern period since the killing of George Floyd.

Eagle Vision today announced the release of Live Baby Live, the seminal live show by INXS from 1991, on digital download, 4K Ultra High Definition Blu-ray, Blu-ray and DVD on June 26th. The release follows the restored film's hugely successful debut theatrical run in late 2019, playing on over a thousand screens from Sydney to Stockholm and London to Los Angeles.

Two River Theater, under the leadership of Artistic Director John Dias and Managing Director Michael Hurst, will kick off the new year with Shakespeare's romantic comedy Twelfth Night, directed by Sara Holdren with original songs composed by the band/theater collective The Lobbyists. Performances will begin in Two River's Rechnitz Theater, 21 Bridge Avenue, on Saturday, January 11 and continue through Sunday, February 2. The opening night performance is Friday, January 17 at 7pm. The Learn Laugh & Love program series, sponsored by Jewish Family Services and the Heritage Center of the Jewish Community Center, will present a free program on Thursday, Jan. 17, "New Year--New You…Nutrition Made Simple" at 1 p.m. in the MAC Room at the Campus. Crystal Futrell, a specialist in nutrition and health with the Johnson County Research and Extension program will facilitate a conversation about people's relationship with food and consequences on their health. Futrell has worked with the Master Food Volunteer program as the Family Nutrition Program (FNP) program assistant prior to becoming Family and Consumer Sciences Agent/Nutrition and Health.
