Ballet Kelowna presents Rising Action, a compelling triple bill that launches the 10th anniversary season of the Company’s Artistic Director and CEO, Simone Orlando, on November 3 and 4, 2023, at the Kelowna Community Theatre. The program features the remount of Kirsten Wicklund’s ethereal The Forever Part, as well as Studies of Cash, Orlando’s soulful exploration of country legend Johnny Cash. The mixed program concludes with the world premiere of The Royal We from Montreal-based choreographer Jake Poloz, in his Company debut. The 2023/24 season is presented by the Thomas Alan Budd Foundation. Tickets and information at balletkelowna.ca
