Homecoming, a spoken word performance by Aleria McKay, explores themes of self-love and acceptance through the lens of Indigenous womanhood. It will be showcased on November 27, 2024, as part of the 37th edition of Weesageechak Begins to Dance festival at Aki Studio in Toronto. This annual development festival highlights new and developing works by Indigenous artists.
