The Lion King, Jr. tells the story of the epic adventures of a curious cub named Simba as he struggles to accept the responsibilities of adulthood and his destiny as king. To claim his rightful place on the throne and save his beloved Pridelands, Simba must find his inner strength and confront his wicked Uncle Scar.
Directed by Patty Scott, the performances were December 2nd thru the 4th, 2021.

Based on the novel by C. S. Lewis and directed by Sally Cookson, The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe will have its first performance at the Bridge Theatre on 9 November 2019. Today (16 October 2019) rehearsal images are released on the 69th anniversary of the publication of the novel. Opening night is on 18 November and the production runs until 2 February 2020. The Lion, the gripping, highly acclaimed autobiographical solo show written and performed by Benjamin Scheuer, opened last night, February 8th, at the Lynn Redgrave Theater at Culture Project (45 Bleecker Street). Directed by Sean Daniels, The Lion will play an extended engagement Off-Broadway through March 29th, following an award-winning run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and sold-out productions at the Manhattan Theatre Club and London's St. James Theatre. 'Inside The Lion King,' the first immersive, pop-up exhibit ever created for a Broadway show, arrives adjacent to Bryant Park, on 42nd Street and Avenue of the Americas, for a limited time to celebrate 15 years of The Lion King in New York City. More than 65 million people have experienced The Lion King, but never before like this. In this free exhibit, fans of all ages will experience and interact with 86 museum-quality artifacts including hand-made puppets, sculpted masks, elaborate artisan costumes and extraordinary sets that have appeared in productions from around the world. Broadway's landmark musical event The Lion King celebrated its 15th Anniversary Sunday evening with a one-night only celebratory performance benefitting The Actors Fund.
