The Secret Love Life of Ophelia is a new adaption of Steven Berkoff's two-hander play. The cast consists of 39 young actors with a cameo by Oscar-winner and the venue's patron, Dame Helen Mirren. This is Greenwich Theatre's debut online production as part of their ambitious online program titled Greenwich Connects.

Following a short run in Bristol at the beginning of the year, Wise Children's Romantics Anonymous was due to head across the Atlantic for an American tour a?' and their new tour of Malory Towers was also on the verge of opening in Cumbria. All their plans were thrown into disarray, however, when first America and then the UK started to close the theatres (the Romantics Anonymous set, as well as the sound and lighting equipment, is currently stranded in LA). To try and come to terms with this loss, to a?oestay sanea??, and to plug the gap during the shutdown, Emma Rice and the team have begun a series of livestream editions of the Wise Children podcast.

As BroadwayWorld previously reported, City Center cancelled the remainder of its season due to the current health crisis. One production that was cancelled, was Love Life, which was set to run March 18 - 22, starring Kate Baldwin and Brian Stokes Mitchell. However, Jack Viertel, Encores! Artistic Director, has some promising news.

The coolest thing about this musical is that Jonathan Groff was dance captain, swing and standby for the two lead roles.

This show is a collection of student created artwork, dances, musical compositions, poetry, songs, monologues and scenes. From bullying to finding love, from near death experiences to rejection, this show has it all. This show forces the audience to question the existential philosophy, who am I? What experiences have shaped my point of view on life at time?
