Rose Theatre Kingston today announces the full cast for Hansel & Gretel, a new festive version with original music. Director of Learning and Participation, Ciaran McConville, returns with a new version of the Brothers' Grimm classic following last year's successful adaptation of Alice in Winterland. Rosie Jones directs a cast of local young actors from the Rose Youth Theatre led by a team of professional actors including Devon Black (Mother/Bear/Townsperson), Vanessa Fisher (Red/Townsperson), Elliot Fitzpatrick (Otto/Kabeljau), J.J. Henry (Gerhardt/Blue) and Georgina White (Circe). The production opens on Friday 14 December, with previews from Thursday 6 December, and runs until Sunday 6 January 2019.

FEINSTEIN'S/54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club, presents Brian Ames in "Carols And Keys" on November 30th. Brian Ames, pianist and composer, mixes the traditional piano bar show with a holiday twist. Kick off the Christmas season with this audience participation show of Traditional Carols, Holiday Classics, and Broadway Hits. Many of Brian's talented friends from Broadway and around NYC will step out of the audience and join him on the stage to perform their Christmas favorites. On Saturday, October 20th, RLT will host a post-show discussion after the 1:00P performance with Rev. Sharon Taylor about the impact of C.S. Lewis to people of faith. Rev. Sharon Taylor serves as senior pastor at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church at the corner of Brooks and Clark. Sharon came to Raleigh in 2014 from Yardley, PA. She has been ordained for twenty years and attended Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia.

Deafinitely Theatre and New Diorama Theatre today announce a new production of Sarah Kane's 4.48 Psychosis. Artistic Director of Deafinitely Theatre, Paula Garfield, directs Adam Bassett, Brian Duffy, Jim Fish and Matt Kyle. Opening at New Diorama Theatre on 21 September, with previews from 18 September and running until 13 October. The production then tours to Derby Theatre from 19 - 20 October.

The production opens on 5 November, with previews from 26 October, and runs until 22 December.

Shakespeare's Globe has announced full casting for Othello, directed by Claire van Kampen, opening in The Globe on Friday 20 July.

The Donmar announces full casting for Artistic Director Josie Rourke's production of Measure for Measure by William Shakespeare.
