I got to chat with Leigh while she was making her way home amidst the hustle and bustle of the New York City streets.

Paradise Now! a funny and raging new play about ambition, exploitation, and kinship in a world that wants to keep us strangers, opens at the Bush Theatre on 2 December (press night 8 December).  This new Bush Theatre commission by Margaret Perry (Collapsible) is an exciting collaboration with director Jaz Woodcock-Stewart (Civilisation) and features an all-female ensemble cast.

Typically, I don’t care much for works that fall into the realm of existentialism, theatre of the absurd, and the like. SEASCAPE, however, is different. Perhaps because it is primarily focused on interpersonal communication. Also, the characters, for the most part are dynamic, interesting, and rather unusual.

New York icon Doss is set to release four new, self-produced remixes of the tracks off her much-lauded EP 4 New Hit Songs. The new collection, called 4 New Hit Songs *Remixes. Doss debuts “Puppy (Feel The Beat Mix),” co-produced with Hudson Mohawke and officially releases the previously teased “Strawberry (Singin’ Club Mix).'

Berkeley Repertory Theatre has announced the full cast and creative team for the West Coast premiere of Emma Rice’s critically acclaimed Wuthering Heights, a reimagined version of Emily Brontë’s gothic masterpiece. Performances begin Friday, November 18 and continue through Sunday, January 1, 2023.
