The Frist Art Museum presents Chaos and Awe: Painting for the 21st Century, a sweeping survey of paintings from around the world that invite contemplation of seemingly ungraspable forces shaping contemporary society, from the ideological to the technological. Organized by Frist Art Museum chief curator Mark Scala, the exhibition will be on view in the Museum's Ingram Gallery from June 22 through September 16, 2018. It will be presented at the Chrysler Museum of Art, Norfolk, Virginia, from November 15, 2018, through April 28, 2019.

The Paley Center for Media announced today the latest selections for its PaleyLive Spring 2018 season: Amazon's The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel and The Unseen Robert F. Kennedy. Both programs will take place at the Paley Center's New York location.

The Invisible Handplays out events in a market atmosphere without stringent guidelines, in which capitalism can run amuck. 'Pakistan is the wild west,' says Tufts. 'How will capitalism thrive in an unregulated environment? It thrives with enormous consequence.' Directed by Jonathan Fox, The Invisible Handalso stars Mujahid Abdul-Rashid and Sarang Sharma. This Southern California premiere runs at the New Vic Theater April 12-April 29th, and then moves to the English Theater Frankfurt in May.

Previously broadcast as part of the renowned BBC TV Arena series, Alone With Chrissie Hynde follows the Pretenders' lead singer as she shares an insight into her life. On a journey taking place in Paris, London, New York, Nashville and her hometown of Akron, Ohio, Chrissie takes the lead, avoiding the talking heads typically associated with documentaries to speak frankly about her passion for music, painting and the issues that matter to her most. This film will be released on DVD and Digital formats via Eagle Rock Entertainment on May 25.

The Provincetown Tennessee Williams Theater Festival is pleased to announce that tickets to the Annual Dinner are now on sale. The Festival will host the gala on Saturday, June 2 at Town Hall in Provincetown. The fundraising event supports the Festival's 13th annual program, which will play in venues throughout Provincetown September 27-30, 2018.
