Olivia Colman to Receive Desert Palm Achievement Award at Palm Springs International Film Festival

The 30th annual Palm Springs International Film Festival (PSIFF) will present Olivia Colman with the Desert Palm Achievement Award, Actress for The Favourite at its annual Film Awards Gala. The award will be presented by her co-star in the film Emma Stone. The Film Awards Gala, hosted by Mary Hart and Entertainment Tonight, and presented by American Express, will be held on Thursday, January 3 at the Palm Springs Convention Center. The Festival runs January 3-14.   

Stars Revealed for CURSED CHILD Panel at BroadwayCon

Watford Palace Theatre Announces Full Cast For JACK AND THE BEANSTALK

James Williams directs Miiya Alexandra (Liesel), Charlotte Clitherow (Fairy Fullobeans/Giant), Terence Frisch (Dame Trott), Oliver Longstaff (Jack Trott), Jill McAusland (Nightshade), Walter van Dyk (Herr Brush) and Marc Zayat (MooMoo). The production opens on 8 December, with previews from 5 December and runs until 5 January.

Alice Hamilton directs James Doherty (Dennis), Caroline Faber (Maud), and Alice Sykes (Cynthia). This marks the first collaboration of James Doherty and Alice Hamilton since their acclaimed multi-award-nominated work on Barney Norris' Eventide. In Lipstick opens at Pleasance, Islington on 11 January, with previews from 9 January, and runs until 26 January.

Luke Shepard directs Alex "Teddy" Clements (MD / Ensemble), Ryan Heenan (Joe Spud), Avita Jay (Sapphire / Raj), Eleanor Kane (Lauren), Lem Knights (Bob), Jared Leathwood (Dave Grubb), Natalie Morgan (Sue Grubb), Daisy Noir (Drummer / Ensemble), Dean Nolan (Len Spud) and Sophia Nomvete (Bobs Mum (Gwen). The production, which marks Miranda Cooper and Nick Coler's first musical opens on 28 November, with previews from 19 November, and runs until 6 January in Southampton. Billionaire Boy The Musical then tours to Manchester, Coventry and Cardiff.
