"a white haunting" written by seattle playwright Brian Dang, is a psychological horror-comedy that manifests the spectre of white supremacy and internalized homophobia of a budding Queer relationship.Darren has invited Tchai over to his home for the first time. They flirt, dance, discuss the morality of pineapple pizza and -oh yeah- accidentally invite in a masked, axe-wielding intruder. This "rom-com meets horror-com" slices at the intersection of Queer, AAPI, and Black identities. It's unapologetically dark and witty, irreverent and uncomfortable.
