Every Thursday night we will bring YOUR stories to life through performances of the "Harold." Most improv comedy isn't entirely formless. The actors might have absolutely no idea beforehand what theme they'll be playing out on stage, but once they get going, there are patterns and games to help guide them along the way. One of the most popular forms is called the Harold. Created by improv legend Del Close in the 1960s, the Harold has become the signature form of improv masters. This trademark structure of games and beats will help guide Seattle's own Improv Anonymous. But don't get too distracted by the method. Madness and fun are still the most important part of any improv show.
