Local playwright Jerry R. Montoya ruefully re-imagines O’Henry’s classic tale The Gift of the Magi in a fun, whimsical world of cuddly forest friends. With the Holidays fast approaching, Della and James scramble to find that perfect gift. When each gives up a prized possession to buy the other something special, they discover that love and true sacrifice are the greatest gifts of all.
