My Uncle Sam, created by Marc Frost and directed by Jeremy Aluma, explores the life of Sami Silverstein, a Russian Jewish immigrant who rose to fame as an international vaudeville star in the early 1900s. The one-person show blends humor with poignant moments, recounting Sami's journey from a near-death aviator to a tragic backstage ending at Radio City Music Hall. Based on true events, the production captures a significant era filled with triumph and heartbreak. The performance will take place at the Maas Building Studio during the Cannonball Festival.
