The winner of 10 Tony Awards and 5 Olivier Awards is based on the international smash-hit film, and features a score by music legend Elton John. Billy Elliot, The Musical, is a heart-warming, funny and feel-good celebration of family and adolescence. Set against the backdrop of the 1984-85 miners' strike, we follow the journey of a young boy raised in a small British mining town. Stepping out of the boxing ring and into a ballet class, he discovers a passion for dance that inspires his family, community, and changes his life forever.The talented cast includes Dylan Loraw as Billy Elliot, Shane Roche as Michael Caffrey, Maria Leonetti as Mrs. Wilkinson, David Eves as Jackie Elliot, Hunter Thorsen as Tony Elliot. Rounding out the cast is a strong group of supporting and ensemble roles portraying local townspeople and Billys ballet dance classmates. Billy Elliot is directed by John Cochrane, Jr., with music direction/conducting by Raquel Garcia and choreography by Lauren McGinnis.Evening shows are November 1, 2, 8, 9, 15 & 16 at 8 PM, and matinees are November 3 and 10 at 3 PM.
