OPEN CALL AUDITIONS FOR RICHARD O’BRIEN’S THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW – THIS WEEK!
The Theater Company (TTC) is holding open call
auditions on August 29th and 30th from 7-9:30pm for their semi-annual
production of Richard O’Brien’s THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW. TTC seeks a
diverse cast, ages 16 and up, for this frighteningly fantastic, cult
following romp directed by Clara Barton Green with musical direction
by David Zimmerman and choreography by Robert Gonzales Jr.
That sweet transvestite, Dr. Frank-N-Furter, and his motley crew will
mark their 4th time time-warping with TTC. Complete with sass and an
array of audience participation, this deliberat-ly kitschy rock 'n'
roll sci-fi gothic is more fun than ever.
Performances will be October 13, 2012 at 4pm & 8pm at The Historic
Jersey City and Harsimus Cove Cemetery in Jersey City, NJ; October 20,
2012 at 8pm at The Strand Theater in Lakewood, NJ; and October 26 &
27, 2012 at 8pm & 11pm at the Monroe Theatrespace in Hoboken, NJ.
