PRIMA THEATRE 2017 SEASON - PRiMA Theatre Non Equity Auditions

PRiMA Theatre is pleased to release audition details for casting the 2017 season of productions.

The largest production of the year is EVITA. The musical tells Eva’s passionate and tragic story through Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber’s most dazzling and beloved score, which includes “Don’t Cry for Me Argentina,” “Another Suitcase in Another Hall” and “High Flying Adored.” All roles are available. None are pre-cast. The show will play September 7-16 at Willow Valley Communities Cultural Center Theater.

The March production of TICK TICK BOOM has already been cast. However, two theatrical lounge experiences, RETRO REMIX and SINATRA HOLIDAY SPEAKEASY will be auditioned.

RETRO REMIX is turning the dial on today's top radio standards with retro-pop versions of your favorite songs in this theatrical lounge experience. Inspired by the Youtube and internationally touring sensation, Postmodern Jukebox. Non-musical theatre singers (pop-rock, vintage-sounding vocals) are encouraged to audition. The show will play April 23-May 7at Liberty Place in Lancaster City.

SINATRA HOLIDAY SPEAKEASY celebrates the fact that everyone loves the songs of Frank Sinatra. The cabaret is an evening of timeless music and holiday cheer. Singers who play instruments are especially welcome. The show plays December 3, 10 and 17 at Aussie & The Fox.
