This exciting and intensive program exclusively for older teens and youth (15-22)experience is designed to give them a taste of what

it's like to work in a professional setting. They are immersed in the process of mounting a fully

produced musical on the PCA mainstage! The production is staffed by professionals. This

program is designed for both teens and youth interested in a career in theatre as well as those that

want to learn life skills through the arts.

SAVANNAH SIPPING SOCIETY, Stage Too!

THE SAVANNAH SIPPING SOCIETY takes place in Savanna, Georgia, in the present day on a veranda. The comedy is just two years old, about 100 minutes long, and is being performed around the country now. It is written by the same writers of The Dixie Swim Club (Jessie Jones, Nicholas Hope, and Jamie Wooten) performed at PCA a few years ago. The show will be in Stage Too for a four week run beginning on July 12th and continuing through August 5th (Thursday, Friday, Saturday evenings, and Sunday matinee). Sixteen Performances in all.

Bruce Lanning is directing with Julie Cargill as Production Manager and Diana Ramsey doing costumes. Just 4 women's roles with one non-speaking cameo that is itself very amusing in a strange sort of way. I hope you will consider auditioning for one of these roles.

This show is being done as part of our SUMMER SERIES in Stage Too! The plot concerns three women who hire a life coach to help them reclaim an enthusiasm for living they've lost through the years. Each character is carefully drawn and hilarious in dealing with this new challenge in their lives. Ages vary from approximately 40 to 70.

Books for perusal overnight should be available, so call Suzy in the Box Office and ask to pick up one. The book must be must be back to her office in the Gallery the next day.
