JEFFERSON PERFORMING ARTS SOCIETY 2017-18 SEASON - Jefferson Performing Arts Society Non Equity Auditions

Auditions for the entire 40th season will be held on the following dates:

• Singers/Actors: May 15th, 6pm - 10pm; May 16th, 6pm - 10pm; May 18th, 6pm - 10pm
• Dancers: Wednesday, May 17th, 6pm - 10pm (Auditions will start promptly at 1pm, so be warmed up.)
• Singers/Actors are encouraged to attend the dance audition on Wednesday, May 17th.
• ONLY child actors ages 8-15 are allowed to sign up for the 6pm - 8pm on Tuesday, May 16th (Please, see character description.)
• ONLY AEA/EMC are allowed to sign up for the 8pm - 9pm on Tuesday, May 16th.

These auditions are open to ALL AGES, HOWEVER, it is important to note that CHILD ROLES are available ONLY for Tuck Everlasting and Caroline, or Change. Children will not be considered for roles that they are not suited for. (Please, review the Character Descriptions on the audition sign up page.)

All auditions are by appointment only. All roles are currently open and all roles from Principals to ensemble are paid. AEA encouraged to audition! All ethnicities welcome and encouraged to audition! If you are auditioning for a particular role you must sing a song or two that the character performs from the show. If not, please bring an extra copy of the sheet music you are performing. An accompanist will be provided.

In addition to announcing the season offerings, we are officially seeking all professional leadership roles from Stage Directors, Stage Managers, Music Directors, Choreographers, Scenic Designers, Lighting and Sound Designers, Costume Designers, etc... Currently, all positions (Except Caroline of Change which will be directed by Dr. Laura Hope Chair Loyola Dept of Theatre) and all shows are wide open to accept resumes from interested parties.
