Even Stillness… is a staged poem depicting two lovers who become disillusioned with consumerist society. Staring at iPhones, commuting, and with no potential to be emotionally fulfilled, one day they ask, “What if we just said no?”

Please prepare a one-minute monologue that demonstrates a familiarity with any stylized vocal rhythm (it can be a monologue, a poem, rap, Shakespeare piece, etc).

Any and all character types are encouraged to audition. This will be the American premiere of this play, and the second production ever, so there are no traditional ways of casting this piece. Let’s find our own style!
