DHT SHOOTING STARS AUDITIONS!
We are looking for children, ages 8-16, to join our Shooting Stars program. We are looking not just for talent, but also great attitudes and
a love of performance!
The Diamond Head Theatre Shooting Stars program is a performance-based program for some of Hawaii’s most talented keiki.
The Shooting Stars train weekly in singing, dancing, and acting; with their goal being different performances throughout the year.
Entry into the program is by audition only.
There will be two parts to this audition: singing and dancing.
Please bring in sheet music, in the correct key (no onsite transposing), for a piano accompanist to play.
Each child will sing 16 to 32 bars of a song (like a verse and a chorus).
Everyone will also learn a dance combination at the audition; you will be assigned a dance time for the same day.
