A Musical fairy tale by adults for the whole family, this classic story tells of Belle, a young woman in a provincial town, and the Beast, a cold-blooded prince who has been magically transformed into an unsightly creature as punishment for his selfish ways. To revert into his true human form, the Beast must first learn to love Belle, a bright, beautiful young woman whom he has imprisoned in his enchanted castle, before it is too late. But time is running out. If the Beast does not learn his lesson soon, he and his household will be doomed for all eternity. The Barn has added three additional Magical Matinees as a special production of Beauty and The Beast for children. Any child attending a Saturday matinee on Sept. 21st, 28th, or Oct. 5th can come on stage after the show and take a photo with The Beast, The Prince, Gaston, or Belle in front of the Castle, and each child will be given an artificial red rose as a memento!
