Laguna Playhouse presents the world premiere of a holiday adaptation of the classic tale featuring Darcy Rose Byrnes as Rapunzel and Sally Struthers as the formidable Madame Gothel. In this whimsical musical, Rapunzel embarks on a journey to discover her true identity while attempting to escape from her tower, aided by Prince Sebastian, played by L.J. Benet. The production offers a delightful mix of laughter, pop songs, and festive cheer, culminating in a magical experience perfect for family audiences during the holiday season. With direction by Becky Lythgoe and choreography by Becca Sweitzer, this latest installment of the Lythgoe Family Panto promises to be a captivating addition to the festive celebrations.
