Deaf West Theatre opens its 2024-2025 season with a new production of Green Day's American Idiot in collaboration with Center Theatre Group. Directed by Snehal Desai, the show will incorporate choreography and American Sign Language, featuring choreography by Jennifer Weber and ASL choreography by Colin Analco and Amelia Hensley. This innovative adaptation merges the energy of the rock musical with the expressive power of Deaf culture, continuing Deaf West's mission to bridge the Deaf and hearing worlds through theatre.
