WOODSTOCKMANIA is back! Make your way to Theatre Three to hear the iconic music of Jimi Hendrix, Sly and the Family Stone, the Who, the Grateful Dead, Janis Joplin, the Jefferson Airplane, Country Joe and the Fish, Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, the Band, Santana, Sweetwater, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Joan Baez, Joe Cocker and more.
Theatre Three’s favorite hippies take the stage once more to pay homage to the music that changed the world.
“Woodstock: The Summer of 69” was the brainchild of
Theatre Three’s beloved longtime musical director, Ellen Michelmore.
The critically acclaimed show was so successful it wound up enjoying several runs here at the theatre and even made its way to an Off-Broadway production, “Summer of 69” in 1999 that ran for 105 performances. After several incarnations, it was turned into a concert under the masterful direction of Mike Chiusano. The band features several of the original members and is proud to welcome some new talent to the Woodstock Family to help you “Turn on, tune in, drop out.”
