The regions only professional period instrument orchestra presents the musical riches of the 17th and 18th centuries in A Taste for Baroque, from the orchestras Masterworks Series. With a virtuosic concerto from Telemanns Table Music as the main course, the rest of the musical menu will be decided by audience voting. Guest artist Adam Knight Gilbert on recorder and violinist Martin Davids lead the orchestra in a program of familiar Baroque favorites, inspired improvisations and rarely performed gems.
