Shape Shifter, a new play by Lady Dane Figueroa Edidi, is part of the fifth annual Black Trans Women at the Center: A New Play Festival. This event, featuring the works of five Black trans artists, focuses on amplifying their voices and stories. The festival is co-produced by Long Wharf Theatre and several national partners, highlighting a collaborative effort to create inclusive theatrical experiences. The play will premiere on November 18 and will be streamed for three days.
