The Contemporary Theatre of Ohio kicks off its 40th season with the musical Big Fish, directed by Artistic Director Leda Hoffmann. Based on the film by Tim Burton, the story follows Edward Bloom, a traveling salesman who weaves fantastical tales about his life, while his son Will seeks to uncover the truth behind his father's stories. Featuring music and lyrics by Tony nominee Andrew Lippa, this production combines heartfelt moments with vibrant visual storytelling, including appearances by giants and mermaids. Audiences can expect a magical journey that celebrates the bonds of love and the art of storytelling.
