CAPE FEAR REGIONAL THEATRE SUMMER CAMP - CAMP INFORMATION
Camp Type: Day Session Length: 1-2 Weeks Camp Focus: Musical Theatre Theatre Acting Music Vocal Instrument Arts Programming Avail

CFRT offers theatre immersion through 1-2 week sessions for ages 6-19. Our popular summer camp shows each feature up to 60 students under the leadership of a professional production team.

AGES 6-9

KIDS RULE THE WORLD: A MUSICAL REVIEW

These one-week camps provide a fun and exciting experience for our youngest participants. Campers use creative drama techniques integrating theatre, music, art, and creative play to explore the question “What if kids ruled the world?”

CFRT transforms into an imaginative world for each theme, engaging students on every sensory level. Each session concludes with a performance for family and friends on Saturday.

AGES 10-14

DISNEY’S ALICE IN WONDERLAND, JR

Travel down the rabbit hole and join Alice, one of literature’s most beloved heroines, in her madcap adventures. Featuring updated songs from Disney’s thrilling animated motion picture, Disney’s Alice in Wonderland Jr. is a fast-paced take on the classic tale.

AGES 15-19

GODSPELL, JR

From Stephen Schwartz, composer of Broadway’s Pippin and Wicked, Godspell is a touching and playful musical that finds a community of people who explore the parables of the Bible. The production presents a beloved score with the well-known tunes “Day by Day,” “All for the Best,” and “Turn Back, O Man.” Godspell promotes kindness, understanding, tolerance, and forgiveness.
