Back by popular demand, The Oldenburg Suite returns to Feinstein’s/54 Below after a sold-out January concert. The New York Musical Festival Best Concert-winning show, book & lyrics by James Feinberg and music by Matthew Dylan Rose, follows the lives of pop-art sculptor Claes Oldenburg, his wife, artist and art historian Coosje, and his brother Richard, the Director of the Museum of Modern Art, throughout the 1970s. Join us to hear a selection of existing songs from the show plus samples of the revamped and expanded score. Music Direction by Matthew Berzon (Broadbent, Arkansas).
