She includes songwriters from Lehar, Strauss, Coward and Offenbach to Kern and Rodgers with Hammerstein, Bernstein, Sondheim, Yeston and Guettel. Music direction and piano by Mark Janas. You’ll revel in the beauty, comedy and romance of European and American operetta and realize how the music you thought you knew, is alive and well in American musical theatre! Anna enjoys an international career as a singer and actor who has been the soloist for presidents, diplomats and royalty including Queen Elizabeth’s birthday. A Vassar graduate and fellow, she is a multi-lingual crossover artist who has starred at Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, The White House, Kennedy Center, and venues across the U.S. as well as in Europe, South America and Asia with orchestras, music festivals and television specials including her own PBS concert.
