Tennessee Playwrights Studio presents a thought-provoking exploration of the lives of women connected to President John F. Kennedy in That Woman - The Monologue Show during the Rochester Fringe Festival. Co-created by Molly Breen and Angela Gimlin, the show features stories often neglected in history, portraying figures such as Ellen Rometsch, Blaze Starr, and Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis. Breen will direct and portray Mimi Alford, joined by local actors Kat Rina Davis, Kesha Sharee Hartzog, Meagan Zdep, Elizabeth Saunders, and Joanne Brokaw. This production, acclaimed for its original work and ensemble, invites audiences to reflect on the narratives of resilience and courage surrounding these women.
