Pocahontas at Brisbane Arts Theatre

As the daughter of the mighty Algonquin Chief Powhatan, Pocahontas is a friend to human, animal and nature alike. When the English settlers start the colony of Jamestown, she befriends them as well. But when sickness and starvation take over the town, the two groups realise they don’t see eye to eye.

Based on the original legend, this beautiful story is full of Native American lore and interwoven with stunning original music.
