The Trail to Oregon is back! After a sold-out run at the Abbott Memorial Theater (home of the Hovey Players) in July, Yorick Ensemble is bringing its DASH Award-losing musical to Concord. In this musical parody of the beloved Oregon Trail video games, originally written and produced by StarKid Productions, audiences will follow their very own wagon party down the Trail, facing dangers like snake bites, fires, and of course, dysentery. Not only does the audience get to choose the names of their pioneer family, they also vote on who will die at the end of the play - no two shows will ever be the same! The Trail to Oregon runs January 11-20 at the Umbrella Arts Center in Concord. Tickets can be purchased online at yorickensemble.com/tickets.
