Jim Wooster, the Executive Director of Passim, will retire in early 2025 after nearly ten years of leadership that have significantly enhanced the iconic Cambridge music venue. Known for his dedication to nurturing artists and fostering community, Wooster expanded initiatives like the PEAR Fund during the pandemic, which provided substantial financial support to artists. Under his guidance, Passim has evolved into a vibrant hub for diverse musical traditions, positioning itself for continued success in the future. The organization is now in search of his replacement as Wooster prepares for his departure.
