Dance Theatre of Harlem will headline the final week of the 2024 Jacob's Pillow Dance Festival, performing at the Ted Shawn Theatre from August 21 to 25. Celebrating their 55th anniversary and the 90th birthday of founder Arthur Mitchell, the company will showcase a mix of innovative works and cherished classics, including pieces by Robert Garland and George Balanchine. This engagement marks their first appearance at Jacob’s Pillow since 2019, reflecting their commitment to cultural inclusivity and artistry in ballet. The season will also feature one-night-only performances by Christopher Unpezverde Núñez, South Chicago Dance Theatre, DaEun Jung, and Princess Lockerooo & The Fabulous Waack Dancers.
