The City Spotlights Teen Leadership Program at the Boch Center empowers Boston-area youth to become leaders through the performing arts. This six-week program allows teens from various neighborhoods to develop essential leadership skills while advocating for social change around human rights issues such as racism, sexism, and LGBTQ+ rights. Participants engage in community workshops and performances, culminating in a showcase on the Shubert Theatre stage, highlighting their commitment to creating positive change in their communities.
