IL POSTINO will play through October 16 and star Placido Domingo. Ron Daniels will direct with scene and costume design by Riccardo Hernandez (Tony Award winner) and lighting design by Jennifer Tipton (two-time Tony Award winner).
Banderas Signa on to 'Knockout' FlickJanuary 28, 2010According to Variety, Antonia Banderas and Bill Paxton will join the cast of 'Knockout' along with mixed martial arts fighter Gina Carano. Steven Soderbergh's new film is an action-thriller with a script by Lem Dobbs. The two also worked together on 'The Limey' and 'Kafka.'
'South Park' Creators Developing a Musical for New York Theater WorkshopJanuary 28, 2010 According to the New York Times, the New York Theater Workshop has announced a project being developed by 'South Park' creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone. The two are working with composer Robert Lopez, who won a Tony Award for AVENUE Q. The team is working to create a musical that will run at the New York Theater Workshop from August thru September.
