The Baron's Men is proud to announce their upcoming production of William Shakespeare's rarely performed tragedy: King Lear. Directed by Lindsay M. Palinsky, this is the first production of King Lear's original Renaissance text in the Austin area since 2011, and it promises to deliver a deeply modern examination of human nature while transporting audiences into the 16th century. The Baron's Men are known for their historically accurate practices, most notably their costumes, and the Elizabethan Replica Curtain Theater provides a stunning backdrop for an unforgettable night of theatre.
The Baron's Men is at 7400 Coldwater Canyon Drive, Austin, TX.
