Disney Theatrical Productions and Fifth Third Bank Broadway in Atlanta announced today that tickets for the long-awaited return engagement of Disney’s The Lion King go on sale to the public Sunday, November 12. Disney’s The Lion King will leap onto the Fox Theatre stage on Wednesday, January 10 for a limited three week engagement through Sunday, January 28 as a special to the Fifth Third Bank Broadway in Atlanta 2017/2018 season.
Tickets start at $34 and are available by visiting FoxTheatre.org/TheLionKing, by calling 1-855-285-8499 or by visiting the Fox Theatre Box Office (660 Peachtree St NE, Atlanta, GA 30308). Group orders of 10 or more may be placed by calling 404-881-2000. Premium Ticket Packages, which include a prime seat location, a commemorative souvenir program and an exclusive merchandise item, are also available.
The Lion King will play at Atlanta’s Fox Theatre January 10 – January 28, 2018. The performance schedule is as follows:
Tuesday-Thursday 7:30 p.m.
Friday 8 p.m.
Saturday 2 p.m., 8 p.m.
Sunday 1 p.m., 6:30 p.m.
Performances on the first week start on Wednesday, January 10 at 7:30 p.m. There will be an additional show Thursday, January 11 at 1 p.m.
Ticket buyers are reminded that the Fox Theatre is the only official retail ticket outlet for all performances. Ticket buyers who purchase tickets from a ticket broker or any third party should be aware that the Fox Theatre is unable to reprint or replace lost or stolen tickets and is unable to contact patrons with information regarding time changes or other pertinent updates regarding the performance.
The North American touring productions of The Lion King have been seen by more than 19 million theatergoers. Having already played more than 70 cities across North America, The Lion King now proudly makes its Atlanta return at the Fox Theatre.
