BWW Announces 2012 Regional Expansion - Find Shows, Restaurants & More in 120 Markets by BWW (Jan. 5 3:03 PM) - BroadwayWorld.com, the largest theatre site on the Internet is excited to unveil the first in a series of massive 2012 expansion plans - complete and expanded coast to coast show listings.

Beijing Playhouse Begins Bi-Weekly Drama Club Workshops by BWW News Desk (Jan. 2 11:30 AM) - The Beijing Playhouse is beginning bi-weekly Drama Club Workshops on the first and third Thursday of every month from 6:30-8 p.m. Every workshop will involve learning and practicing skills related to theater with a skilled and of course very friendly instructor. You will meet other people with similar interests and have fun being creative while honing your skills and talents in a relaxed and sociable environment. The club workshops are open to absolutely everyone, with only one prerequisite—you must have an interest in theater or drama! |

Beijing Playhouse Announces OKLAHOMA Auditions by BWW News Desk (Dec. 27 10:08 PM) - Oklahoma!. The king of all Broadway musicals comes to China! Featuring such classic songs as Oh, What a Beautiful Mornin’, Little Surrey with the Fringe on the Top, and Kansas City, this amazing musical will have your heart singing. Rodgers and Hammerstein’s most famous showstopper set the standards and established the rules of musical theatre. The high-spirited rivalry between the local farmers and cowboys provides the colorful background as they sing and dance their love story. This huge musical will feature 30 singers and dancers and a crew of 80 or more. The Pulitzer Prize winning stage show also won Academy Awards when it was turned into a major motion picture. |
